Patrick L. Sutton is the perfect blend of all things creative and technical. He’s strategic in his thinking but creative in his ideas

and solutions. So, it’s no surprise that he is also one of those extroverts who can move people from stranger to friend in an instant.

All these things contribute to the success of his role as Head of People at MainStreet, a FinTech start-up company.

There, Patrick is responsible for core aspects of the People function, including HR Business Partners, DEI, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Personal Well Being, and more. Patrick has worked in the People and Employee development space for 15+years. While work brings Patrick joy, traveling makes him happy. He appreciates a lazy beach vacation or a visit to his favorite destination, Barcelona, Spain.

When he can’t get away, he’s perfectly content with a solo trip to a matinee. It’s also important to note that  Patrick's two

favorite shows are Stranger Things and The Golden Girls. He even has a collection of Golden Girl swag to prove it.

Patrick sits on the board of directors for Atlanta Angels, a non-profit servicing foster families throughout the metro Atlanta area. Patrick is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
